The Role
We're growing our commercial team to scale our revenue and delivery footprint, and to help transition Flok from founder-led sales to a scalable GTM/sales motion capable of achieving extremely ambitious growth milestones. We're looking to hire multiple people in these roles, with differing levels of experience and seniority.
You'll have:
- Experience managing and closing large deal sizes in a complex enterprise/B2B or NHS environment
- A proven ability to build and deliver an effective end-to-end sales process, and help others do the same
- Demonstrated unusually high performance, and be results oriented and entrepreneurial
- A track record for creating new business, and expanding existing contract value over multi-year partnerships
- Customers who would describe you as a highly valued and trusted partner
- A strong desire to use your commercial skills for good, and real passion to make exceptional healthcare universally available
