The Role
We're looking for driven and pragmatic product-minded software engineers, who care about user experience and have experience of scaling consumer applications - in particular of ensuring a consistently great experience for users regardless of what device they're on.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day work will be impactful and varied, including:

- Working with product/UX to iterate on the app design and requirements
- Participating in bug triage/diagnosis and incident investigations
- Improving test coverage of the app (especially across a variety of user devices)
- Making data driven decisions about app changes
You’ll collaborate closely with the rest of the engineering / UX team, work directly with company leadership, and see the impact of your work on real patients.
About You
- You have strong programming skills (ideally in TypeScript / Python) and experience of full stack web development
- You enjoy working with design and product teams to help shape exceptional products
- You care deeply about your users - championing great experience and access to quality clinical care
- You take initiative and ownership of your work, and communicate clearly
We're hiring for this role at a range of seniority levels. Additionally, for more experienced hires:
- You've built and scaled consumer facing production web applications
- You've maintained applications long term, and seen how early decisions play out as systems grow
- You've developed and tested frontends for widespread use across a range of devices / browsers
- You have experience of mentoring team members, and maturing engineering processes
